Mold Design and Manufacturing
Our mold design and manufacturing, with 20+ years of experience, combines expert craftsmanship and strict controls to achieve precision and fit. We refine each step—from design to finished mold—to deliver smooth, shrink-free, perfectly aligned products for reliable production.
Raw Material Preparation
Plastic pellets are pretreated by adding color masterbatch or functional additives as required. Moisture is carefully controlled through thorough drying, ensuring the material is in ideal condition for processing.
Injection Molding
With 30 advanced injection machines and a skilled team with over 15 years of experience, we precisely control molding parameters to deliver stable dimensions, smooth surfaces, and high-quality preform parts for the next stage of production.
Post-Processing
We provides multiple post-processing solutions including silk printing, hot stamping, spraying, and electroplating to address your requirements. A thorough quality inspection follows every process to prevent defective products from reaching storage.
Product Assembly
